Todd Gabianelli joined Green Key Resources over a decade ago and is now a Principal of Green Key Pharma. He oversees new business development for our Pharmaceutical Consulting group while leading and managing Green Key’s operations in Chicago, IL.
Gabianelli is committed to developing an industry-leading sales and recruiting team to ensure the acquisition, growth, and retention of long-term client relationships across all of Green Key’s practice areas. We asked him to share a few insights about recruiting in the pharmaceuticals industry.
What inspired you to pursue a career in recruitment?
As my career developed, I became more interested in developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates and helping them solve some of their most challenging hiring needs.
What sets Green Key apart from other recruiting firms?
Our original founders are still very active in the day-to-day operations of the business, allowing us to make decisions in real time and be extremely nimble for our clients and candidates.
Where has Green Key Pharma provided service that is hard to match in an internal hiring team?
Our focus in Biometrics recruiting has been a huge value add for our clients. Candidate networks and pipelines in the Statistics and Programming area take years to develop and our clients can leverage these networks when they need our help. In some cases, we’ll save them months of time from a sourcing and interviewing perspective.
