Job Description

Technology firm based in Soho seeks a Recruiting Coordinator

Pay: $20/hr+ OT

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for applicants, recruiters and hiring managers

• Prepare applicant correspondence and ensure timely communication

• Manage New Hire paperwork and on-boarding

• Create offer letters and status forms

• Assist with recruiting processes such as relocation, travel

• Support Recruiters to help fulfill staffing needs throughout the organization

 

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of HR experience to include a focus in the recruiting function.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task

• Acute sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

• Team player approach and demeanor

• Bachelor's degree required
