We are looking for an Executive Customer Care Representative for a telecommunications company located in Gaithersburg, MD
Handling and resolving complaints of customer's.
Keeping records of customer interactions and following up on said interactions.
Communicating with customers through phone or email.
Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated internal sources and/or vendors
High School graduate with 5 years of experience in customer service
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business
Strong listening, writing, communication and documentation skills
Problem solving ability
Experience using Salesforce
