Job Description

Boutique office in midtown Manhattan seeks temp to permanent Office Administrative Assistant.

Pay: $18-22hr

Perm: $50K

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is kept clean and orderly. Conduct hourly walk throughs
  • Maintain the pantry, supplies and kitchen. Replenish and reorder when needed
  • Receive mail, sort and deliver it. Prepare outgoing mail.
  • Assist with filing projects as requested
  • Manage the conference room calendar, schedule meetings, set up audio and visual, order catering if needed and print meeting materials
  • Cover the front desk during the receptionists breaks, sick days and vacation days. Answer incoming calls, greet guests and notify employees of guest arrivals
  • Provide building management and security with a list of guests each morning to ensure guests are granted access

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience managing calendars and supporting staff
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Must obtain a high level of professionalism
