Boutique office in midtown Manhattan seeks temp to permanent Office Administrative Assistant.
- Ensure the office is kept clean and orderly. Conduct hourly walk throughs
- Maintain the pantry, supplies and kitchen. Replenish and reorder when needed
- Receive mail, sort and deliver it. Prepare outgoing mail.
- Assist with filing projects as requested
- Manage the conference room calendar, schedule meetings, set up audio and visual, order catering if needed and print meeting materials
- Cover the front desk during the receptionists breaks, sick days and vacation days. Answer incoming calls, greet guests and notify employees of guest arrivals
- Provide building management and security with a list of guests each morning to ensure guests are granted access
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience managing calendars and supporting staff
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Must obtain a high level of professionalism
