Job Description

Luxury jewelry brand seeks a temporary to permanent Customer Service Representative.

Pay: $20/hr

Perm: $45k

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer all incoming calls from clients, vendors and customers
  • Schedule repairs, forward shipping labels and provide tracking information
  • Liaise with factory to ensure jewelry has arrived, monitor repairs and provide updates to the customers
  • Provide return shipping information to customers once repairs are complete, follow up once the shipments have been delivered to ensure the customer has received it and the repairs are satisfactory
  • Process payment for repairs if warranties are no longer valid
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when speaking with all clients and staff members
  • Escalate ongoing issues to managers where needed
  • Constantly document and update the system with any customer notes

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an inbound call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with all levels of management, staff and the public
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
