Job Description

One of our fastest growing clients is seeking a Senior Finance Manager.  The ideal candidate wil have strong experience with technical accounting, SEC reporting ( 8-Ks, 10-Ks, 10-Qs ).  Other duties willl include managaing the SEC calendar / communication to SEC, statements, reviews footnotes, and more.

The candidate must have strong US GAAP, GAAS, SOX Compliance, Internal Control Testing and SEC reporting. Previous expiereince with the following :

  • Audited financial statements to verify reports were prepared in accordance with US GAAP and are free of material misstatement (reports include SEC forms 6-K, 8-K 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F)
  • Coordinated with 3 internal departments to complete planning, internal control testing, substantive testing (including income tax procedures), and financial reporting (including SEC forms 6-K, 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F)

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in public accounting at a Big 4 firm / large regional firm or currently employed at publicly traded company.
