Administrative Assistant- Temp to perm- $23/hr. Perm: $50-55k

Venture Capital Firm based in Manhattan seeking to Administrative Assistant to support two team

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Managing Director with scheduling meetings, maintaining the calendars, preparing conferences and coordinating travel
  • File expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide additional assistance to the team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong work ethic, great computer skills and great communication skills
