Job Description

Office Coordinator - $20/hr

Global fintech firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support their financial team. Hours – 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Directly supporting the company’s Head of Finance
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Monitor office supplies and stock them when needed
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Receive calls, take messages and route correspondence

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree in finance preferred, not required
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
