Facilities Coordinator Role

Midtown based law firm seeks a temp to perm facilities coordinator. Candidate should have prior office and handyman.

Pay: $18-20/hr

Perm: $40-45k

Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for opening the office daily, preparing the space for all employees and guests
  • Provide hands-on and proactive maintenance of the overall appearance of the office ensuring a consistently clean and organized space.
  • Accountable for all aspects of cleanliness and organization of the office including but not limited to: surface cleaning, kitchen and bathroom detailing, collecting general garbage and recycled items around the office
  • Maintain office kitchens which include regular cleaning of coffee machines, dishwashers, replenishment of cups/mugs/bowls, and glassware in drawers and cabinets while maintaining inventory of all consumable items and supplies
  • Assist with desk moves, pack up the desks, label equipment, and set up the new stations
  • Repair furniture, hang pictures, put together filing cabinets and replace lightbulbs
  • Provide support to the printing and mailroom teams as needed

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional and hardworking
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
