Job Description

​​​​​​​Global Consumer Goods firm located in Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist their IT team for a 3 – 4-month assignment.

  • Provide administrative supporting to a Vice President and the team
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, prepare detailed itineraries, make reservations and monitor flights for delays/changes
  • Manage the Vice President’s calendar
  • Schedule and plan internal and external meetings, prepare meeting materials, order and set up catering, ensure AV equipment is set up (liaise with facilities team) and assist with quarterly board meetings
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer when needed and take notes
  • File information when needed and ensure the database is up to date
  • Utilize Excel to run and manipulate reports



  • Strong MS skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Prior administrative experience
