Job Description
- Design and manage strategic search processes from launch to fill
- Understand hiring managers’ business functions and goals
- Ensure communication of clear value proposition to candidates, agencies, and other relevant parties; manage value proposition throughout process
- Oversee search process, ensuring excellent candidate and client experience
- Contribute to candidate profile & assessment design
- Identify, evaluate, and manage sourcing channels
- Act as eyes and ears to the market and provide relevant intelligence
- Flag risks to search, identify tradeoffs, and manage business expectations
- Partner with and mentor Talent Acquisition Coordinator daily
- Set and manage SLAs for candidate processing collaboratively with Hiring Managers based upon their timeframe
- Partner internally with HR colleagues to advance general HR initiatives and support them in their Business Partner roles
- Ensure quality of posting and external communications
- Contribute to design, execution, and measurement of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Develop and monitor productive relations with recruiting agencies and other external representatives
- Ensure relevant recruiting data is captured and tracked
- Provide meaningful reporting on search activity and performance to HR and Business Lines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and development of Talent Acquisition function
- Design and develop recruiting brand
- Manage portions of the cyclical campus recruiting program for both full time and intern hiring
Qualifications
- 7-10 years full life cycle recruiting experience, including profile development, ideally within financial services
- Prior experience creating a strategic and analytical approach to managing recruitment initiatives that meet and/or exceed business expectations
- Understanding of and experience with implementing various sourcing channels
- New Hire Onboarding and/or Orientation experience ideal
- Familiarity with financial services businesses including Asset Management, Investment Advisory, Broker-Dealer, Insurance Services, etc.
- Excellent communications skills
- Proven track record managing multiple searches ranging from junior to senior levels
- Experience with transition and knowledge of recruiting best practices
