Job Description

Liaise with subscribers on all issues relating to the service (via email, phone and face-to-face)

Work with clients on market and credit risk tolerances and issues

Promote comprehensive and more effective usage of the service

Raise internal request for new functionalities and assisting in UAT testing

In charge of Client training (current and new functionalities, new client on-boarding)


Proficiency in using text editors and advanced spreadsheet functions

Understanding of programming would be beneficial (e.g. VBA or Python)

Knowledge of database structures, as well as interrogation using SQL would be

highly beneficial

Ability to understand complex process financial concepts, as well as the ability to explain these accurately and concisely to our clients

Knowledge of OTC Derivatives and thorough understanding of the trade data fields of these instruments as well as awareness of the OTC Derivative trade processing lifecycle

Basic understanding of market and credit risk management of OTC Derivatives

Technical background, ideally in combination with financial knowledge
