Job Description

Temporary Recruiting Coordinator

Support a team of recruiters within the health insurance field

Pay $24/hr

 

Duties

  • Support a Talent team of 30 recruiters with sourcing, scheduling and recruiting support
  • Manage reports of employee data
  • Heavy scheduling of interviews as well as liaising with hiring managers and candidates
  • General administrative work as needed

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 1 year work experience in talent and recruiting
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Ability to work independently and as a team when needed
  • Strong technical ability (MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and knack for finding answers
  • High level of personal maturity and high ethical standards with proven experience handling highly sensitive information
  • Advanced organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills, and managing up skills
  • Strong written and oral communication
