Job Description

Contract Analyst for large prestigious law firm.  The Contract Analyst is responsible for review, negotiation and execution of vendor contracts and related documents and is tasked with ensuring that all contracts adequately protect the Firm, with specific attention given to the highest risk areas. Perform red-line reviews of vendor contract and agreement language, including consulting and software license agreements and other vendor documents and/or as part of a renegotiation or amendment process, ensuring all contracts conform to Firm requirements.  Work with Contract Specialist and internal clients to provide expert collaborative consultation regarding requests for vendor agreements and contracts.  Assist in drafting and implementing standard contract and agreement template language, ensuring language changes to vendor documents are incorporated based on requirements.  Work with outside vendors and contractors as well as with internal personnel to review, edit and negotiate local and national agreements, ensuring final review of all documents prior to execution.
