Job Description

•    Provide effective calendar management, including well-managed travel arrangements
•    Prepare expense reports in a timely and thorough fashion
•    Liaise and collaborate with internal and external contacts as required
•    Prepare pitch books on an ongoing basis


The ideal candidate is a flexible, proactive individual with the ability to collaborate and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The individual also has exceptional project management and analytic skills. Additional qualifications include:
•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    2+ years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience (financial services firm or supporting a sales team preferred)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
