Job Description

Global accounting and audit firm seeks a talented and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support a team of auditors and assurance professionals on a contract to hire basis. The individual will have a large part in planning the team’s day to day agenda, including managing a great deal of travel and expenses.

Hourly: $30/hr

Perm: $70-75k+paid OT

 

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy travel coordination, planning and implementing both international and domestic travel for a team of 5-10 auditors and associates
  • Process and reconcile expense reports
  • Maintain an up to date client contact list
  • Draft and proof engagement letters to clients
  • Manage heavy client files – ensure proper organization, copying, scanning, filing etc.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of proposals and presentations materials
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reports for the team
  • manage the time entry process for partners
  • provide additional support to the team where needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity supporting a team
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite- including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience supporting a large team of individuals
  • Good organizational and data management Skills
  • Strong communication skills,
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while multi-tasking efficiently
  • Superb attention to detail
