Job Description

Green Key Resources is representing a Healthcare firm in Camden County who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for their growing HR team!  Individual will need around 1-2 years of experience within full cycle recruitment function at a variety of levels.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and implement the recruiting process by hiring talent who will drive business goals
  • Source, identify and interview high potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates through strategic sourcing and research
  • Build relationships with external organizations, including universities
  • Provide guidance and insight to management to help attract, retain and develop top talent
  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools
  • Coordinate with other departmental recruiters to assist with open positions in other functional areas



  • Strong customer service mentality
  • 1-2 years office administration experience preferably in a HR or staffing capacity
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
