Job Description

• Skilled Nursing Facility in Manhattan looking for an LPN to join their team
• Full-time Case Load: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM
• Responsibilities will include:
  • Visit patient and obtain appropriate vital signs, including height, weight, UA functions
  • Provide appropriate wound care, medication treatment, or IM injection
  • Provide all nursing care and services in accordance with patient care and general medical policies
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete all documentation regarding patient visit and care
