Job Description

  • Home health care in Charlotte, NC looking for a full time office admin to join their team as soon as possible
  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Develop, monitor, implement, and evaluate annual Operational Plan and Contact Strategy Plan
    • Develop in conjunction with Regional VP, annual budgets, and projection models
    • Ensure full office staff knowledge of plans, strategies, budgets, and projections
    • Assist Regional VP with negotiations of local service contracts and write RFP and grant responses
    • Implement and monitor all Company policies and procedures
    • Hire, train, evaluate, supervise, and terminate office support and staff

Qualifications

3+ year of home care experience required

1+ years experience in administrative, operational, and supervisor positions
