Job Description

  • Long term care center in the Bronx looking for a full-time member services representative to join their team November 20
  • Full time case load: 40 hours per week
  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Resolve member questions/issues while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines
    • Document all contacts with external customers. And route documentation for appropriate follow-up
    • Identify and report any issues that pose a risk to superior service or potential for liability
    • Meet or exceed base call center productivity and quality standards
    • Conduct outbound calls, education and outreach, and attend meetings

Qualifications

1+ years of managed care customer service experience required
