Skilled nursing facility in Westchester looking for a full-time LPN to join their team as soon as possible
Full Time Case Load: 2 day shifts & 2 night shifts per week
Responsibilities will include:
- Visit patient and obtain appropriate vital signs, including height, weight, UA functions
- Provide appropriate wound care, medication treatment, or IM injection
- Provide all nursing care and services in accordance with patient care and general medical policies

Accurately and thoroughly complete all documentation regarding patient visit and care

1+ year of nursing experience required

Certified LPN license required
