School in Manhattan looking for a full-time LPN to join their team as soon as possible

Full Time Case Load: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

• Responsibilities will include:
  • Visit patient and obtain appropriate vital signs, including height, weight, UA functions
  • Provide appropriate wound care, medication treatment, or IM injection
  • Provide all nursing care and services in accordance with patient care and general medical policies
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete all documentation regarding patient visit and care
