Job Description

In charge of Vendor Management – ie. negotiation of contracts as needed

Ensure the operational needs of the business are met in a timely manner

Develop a tracking system to ensure that maintenance requirements are met

Offer support for the Mail Room and Office / General Services           

Manage the costs of the department (maintenance, office supplies, storage, contract staff etc.)

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred

1+ years’ experience within a related role

Working knowledge and understanding of HVAC controls, heating systems, electrical systems, construction methods / admin required

Understanding of typical building systems, MEP infrastructure and Fire Life Safety Systems is ideal

Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
