Job Description

Green Key Resources, the top-rated recruiting firm in NYC by Crain’s 2018, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our in-house internal recruiting team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent for all of our office locations; as well as coordinating and maintaining the Company's social media presence. This candidate will work closely with the team to help build Green Key’s growing organization. This person will sit in our flagship office in Manhattan, but will recruit for all of our offices nationally.

Responsibilities:


• Review resumes, coordinate interviews with candidates, and initiate first round interviews • Initiate marketing tactics & maintain the company's social media presence (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook)

 • Develop new strategies to actively target active and passive candidates in the recruiting industry

 • Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies, identifying top talent and qualified candidates through all online sources including, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn

 • Act as the liaison with colleges to manage our campus recruiting efforts • Manage a large network of candidates using Green Key’s SalesForce CRM • Writing and posting job descriptions to attract top talent

 • Researching networking events, staying up to date on trends in the recruiting industry

Qualifications

Qualifications:


• BA/BS degree • Excellent communication, negotiation skills • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
