IN-HOUSE NEW JERSEY POSITION

New Jersey based investment advisor seeks a Senior Corporate Paralegal to work closely with the General Counsel on transactions and filings.  Manage the company’s document management system, supervise the company’s document execution process, coordinate the company’s ISDA protocol adherence, maintain spreadsheets including legal expense tracking and document logs, assist with the preparation and review of incumbency certificates as well as materials for Board of Director Meetings and act as liaison with the company’s middle office and compliance departments.
