Job Description

Our growing client in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to add a Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst to their dynamic IT team. The salary for this position will be between $45-50k depending on level of experience with the requirements listed below. This Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for level 2 troubles tickets, but will often be required to assist with level 1-3 issues as needed. Will provide assistance to desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware, and will provide remote, on-site, and phone support in a Windows Environment.

  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Support in a Windows environment including Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Network connectivity and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Office 365


Minimum qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support environment

-Windows 7-20 OS

-Office 365

-Basic level networking knowledge


Preferred Qualifications:

-Windows Server 2008-2012 maintenance

-A+, Network+, MCSE, MSCA, or equivalent

-Beginner level knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls
