Job Description

Junior HR / Recruiting Coordinator to work in a youthful and vibrant atmosphere on a temporary basis for 3-4 months to assist with a busy project. Potential for permanent hiring depending on new business and upcoming project timelines. Great position for someone looking to gain further experience in the HR & Recruiting fields.

Duties Include:

Liaise with potential candidates regarding scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, writing and proofreading job descriptions, offer letters etc.

Managing recruiters calendars

Tracking applications and heavy data entry

Reporting analytics and data metrics regarding interview to hire ratios as well as expenditure for the project

General administrative work i.e. copying, filing, faxing, data entry etc.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years corporate administrative or recruiting support experience

BA degree as well as an interest in HR and Technology

Incredible attention to detail and strong organization

Friendly, personable with a customer service skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Excellent customer service skills
