Job Description

A Fortune 500 consumer goods organization is in search for a Compensation Manager to manage all compensation processes for the firm. This is a very technical role so ideally this company is looking for someone who has had compensation experience with a population of over 200 people. This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent.

Duties Include:

Evaluate, audit and measure plan components and cost to determine and provide competitive yet cost-efficient compensation plan programs

Support the delivery, design, and administration of the company’s compensation plan which includes base salaries, short-term incentives, sales compensation, long term incentives etc.

Design change recommendations, employee communication and employee training for the employee compensation planning process

Ensure that every execution regarding the compensation program is in compliance with all Federal and State regulations

Manage compensation technology tools to support the compensation program to ensure everything is operating properly and smoothly 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree a must

At least 5 years of relevant experience required

Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task

Extensive knowledge of compensation and incentive compensation practices

Ability to solve complex and interpret complex problems and find a viable answer

Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
