Investment banking group in Midtown seeking a temporary coordinator to support the Campus recruiting team. Potential for permanent hiring depending internal team structural changes predicted for late 2015. Great position for someone looking to gain further experience in the Campus Recruiting arena.
Act as a liaison between colleges, hiring managers, recruiters and candidates
Maintain clear channels of communication and properly documented processes and procedures
Liaise with students regarding scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, offer letters etc.
Managing the calendars for various recruiters
Book and coordinate extensive travel arrangements
Ensure appropriate marketing and HR materials are available for each campus event
Responsible for metrics and tracking – this role will require heavy data entry
General administrative work i.e. copying, filing, faxing, data entry etc.
Minimum of 1-2 years corporate administrative or recruiting support experience
BA degree from a top university or college
Interest in financial services and recruiting
Incredible attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
