Job Description

Finance firm in Jersey City has a temp to perm opening for an experienced HR Coordinator to support the HR team.  You will be the first person all the candidates will meet when they come to the office as well as being the front facing person for the HR department, so image and customer service personality are key! This person will be the glue in this busy department, ensuring all the small tasks are taken care of and jumping in to help with bigger projects.

Duties Include:

Managing calendars

Booking interviews

Entering data into HRIS

Processing invoices

Entering payroll information

Covering phones, sending faxes, mailing FEDex etc

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years corporate experience within a support role

A true passion to pursue a career in Human Resources

Incredible attention to detail and strong organization

Friendly, personable with a customer service skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality
