Job Description

 

Manage scheduling of meetings, resolving conflicts, arranging food, décor, transport, dinner, entertainment, showroom set up, contractor check in and out, etc.

Accommodate clients and their needs.

Schedule meetings and appointments

Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary

Organize office operations and procedures

Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues

Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conference

Initial Travel research – research flight options, provide to manager for final decision

Qualifications

Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Bilingual – English/Spanish

5 years office management experience
