Our client, a women’s contemporary brand, is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to develop and execute direct to consumer marketing programs and promotions for the US and Global markets. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop omni-channel programs and strategies that advance the company’s strategy and meet brand objectives.
Work with cross functional teams to execute direct to consumer marketing
Manage all promotional activity for US and Global retail
Manage the planning, production and execution of DTC direct mail projects globally
Facilitate regular direct to consumer marketing strategy meetings for the US & Global markets
Oversee development of local marketing plans
Develop seasonal marketing presentations, briefs, and activation guides for stores
Collaborate with field leaders in communicating marketing campaigns and collecting and sharing feedback
Oversee Outlet Stores marketing programs
Build and manage multiple marketing budgets
Develop and implement omni-channel campaigns to support DTC business strategy and objectives.
Ensure alignment on campaign development and implementation across all channels.
Manage and maintain budgets, developing campaign briefs and working closely with and leading a cross-functional team on aligning campaigns
Develop and implement integrated omni-channel calendar to ensure marketing alignment across channels
7+ years of brand or retail marketing experience is required; minimum 3 years of management experience
Global marketing experience is a plus
Experience with CRM preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
