Job Description

Analyze reimbursements in accordance with federal/state guidelines

Assess revenue and expense for all new program initiatives

Create a system of cost accounting for every unit of system costs

Evaluate and give direction on the preparation all cost reports

Maintain appropriate staff informed on any regulatory changes

Liaise with revenue cycle team to identify breaches in reimbursement

Calculate potential risk/reward from contracts to recognize financial viability


Undergraduate degree in a related field

7+ years’ experience preferably in a long term care setting – healthcare experience required

Familiar with of long-term care reimbursement as it relates to Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care and Private Pay other health insurance

Understanding of RHCF4 administration and Medicare cost reports

Proven organizational skills partnered with the ability to manage multiple projects
