Job Description

Our NYC-based sustainable fashion client is seeking a dynamic CRM Analyst with strong attention to detail to support direct mail marketing and CRM campaign reporting analytics for ecommerce and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct, hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing marketing and consumer insights.

 

Responsibilities:

Define key reports, dashboards, and analytics that will drive the digital business forward, through partnering with the CRM team, CRM and database vendor, loyalty vendor, retail store teams, wholesale marketing team, and ecommerce team.

Build reports, analyses, dashboards and analytic models for business users across all marketing channels to support the business.

Own customer Business Intelligence (BI) progression strategy, taking into consideration existing reports used by each team and their necessary evolution.

Facilitate self-service reporting for internal users, utilizing current reporting tools, and arrange and train business teams others on the marketing team or business teams).  When appropriate, work to incorporate new tools and reports.

Coordinate data sourcing across ecommerce, digital, retail, and wholesale platforms (internal and external) to enable reporting.

Coordinate customer behavior analysis with the CRM team, CRM vendor and loyalty vendor, and email service provider, to drive strategy. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.  Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or other related field preferred.

3+ years in a direct-to-consumer CRM or Analytics marketing role in Retail and Ecommerce environment

Retail business and marketing knowledge and understanding of typical KPIs and database constructs

An understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse projects, customer database structures

Experience with modern dash boarding and data visualization tools (such as Tableau) or other reporting tools

Highly comfortable analyzing data and making it digestible to non-technical teams

Comfortable working in CRM tools and analytics environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with heavy focus and expertise in Excel and Powerpoint.

Data quality methodology and data modeling skills a plus

Knowledge of SQL and HTML a plus

Knowledge of CRM, DMP, R, or SQL a plus
