Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience

7+ years of software quality assurance and software testing experience

Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities

Strong experience with HP Quality Center

Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures

Experience and skill in mentoring co-workers

Experience in educating others on the value of structured QA practices

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic team-based environment
