Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Provide strong project leadership through technical knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure quality execution of all aspects of a project, ensuring on- time completion, within budget and with available resources. Uphold employee safety standards, including proper training.
- Serve as company representative in the field, maintaining professionalism with contractors and owners.
- Schedule labor for all jobs involving concrete.
- Oversee field supervisors/foremen.
- Provide advice and direction to all field personnel.
- Plan and implement optimal use of equipment needed.
- Collaborate with project managers for scheduling.
- Assist with snow removal operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
- Ability to create a two-three week look-ahead schedule
- Ability to check grades/slopes
- AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D)
- CDL license preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite or related software skills.
