Today we catch up with Emily Gelman, Senior Recruiter on the Professional Support team at Green Key. Gelman joined the team in June 2019, when she began her journey in recruiting. Prior to recruiting, she studied Hospitality Administration at Stockton University.

What inspired you to pursue a career in recruiting?
Helping others & seeing the joy it brings to them. Nothing makes this job worth it more than when someone tells you that you’ve changed their life.
