What inspired you to pursue a career in recruitment?
Recruitment has allowed me to give back to the community by helping change people’s lives for the better while supporting my family’s financial freedom. One of the greatest feelings is seeing your candidate get promoted within an organization and reaching back out for hiring needs to support their workload as a sign of gratitude. We live in a society when it’s not always about what you know, but who you know. What better way to make a living by simply networking and utilizing your listening skills.
